If you are unsatisfied with a service or deliverable, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them. We are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues within the scope of our agreed-upon terms.

Delivery Policy

Project Timelines: We strive to meet the agreed-upon timelines for all projects. Delays caused by client feedback, changes, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.

Delivery Process: Upon completion, we deliver the final project files electronically or through other agreed-upon means. For larger projects, we may use secure file-sharing platforms.

Acceptance and Approval: Clients must review the deliverables upon receipt. Approval indicates acceptance of the work, and any further revisions or changes may incur additional costs.

Ownership and Rights: Upon successful delivery and full payment, clients own the rights to the deliverables. However, we retain the right to use project samples for our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
